Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised products
  • Bulk or wholesale orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
